The main lodge has been well designed with stunning solid celery top pine poles throughout, rendered walls combined with the timber cathedral ceilings which certainly have the "WOW" factor, especially with the sensational ocean views from the main glass walls on the north-facing area.

The two-story main lodge was built with quality in mind including Tasmanian Oak timber stairwell and floors.

The building is north facing and captures the winter sun which heats the house and captures the sun for the off-grid solar system.

The living areas and front bedrooms also share the amazing ocean views, and the two back bedrooms both share the lovely bush setting.

There is a massive wrap-around deck area for all-year-round entertainment which also shares the stunning ocean views.

The ground floor consists of a large open-plan living and entertaining area, a fabulous commercial size kitchen, a large double bedroom that has the most amazing views and another large double bedroom. The bottom bathroom has recently been renovated and has a European laundry and a separate toilet.

Below the bottom bedroom is a large cellar which houses the updated solar system.

The top floor consists of a front large double bedroom which has sensational ocean views and a walk-in robe.

Both the Lodge and Chalets are fitted with quality whole house tank water filters which supply safe, clean and filtered water, the filters are easily changed once a year.

Included are three Eco Studio Chalets has been operated as a short-term holiday retreat which are opened part time by the current owners.

The chalets are fully furnished and share the amazing ocean vista which is one of the main attractions for local, national and international guests.

The chalets all have independent 12v off-grid systems which power each chalet with plenty of supply. Guests still enjoy all the amenities with the 12v system with inverters supplied to charge their 240v devices.

The chalets are fully self-contained with a full gas stove/oven, 12-volt low compression electric fridge, a large ensuite bathroom, Queen size pillow top beds, quality Actil commercial linen, wardrobe, unique timber dining setting, 3 lounge chairs and a colour LED TV.
